Actisense® aims to provide a quick and efficient after-sales advice service
to its customers.
A 3 year guarantee is provided with all Actisense ISO-Drive products. All
other Actisense products come with a standard 2 year guarantee.
Any Actisense product found to have a manufacturing defect or faulty, will be
repaired or replaced 'Free of Charge' by Active Research Limited, unless the damage
occurred against the technical advice provided within the documentation supplied
with the product.
For customers that are experiencing a problem with their Actisense product, the
sequence of suggested support options available are:
1. Register your Actisense
product so that all of your contact information is on record.
2. Use the troubleshooting sections of the product's
user manual to try and solve the issue.
3. Check the support FAQ's to see
whether another user has already asked a similar question.
4. If the issue is still unresolved, please send a support
e-mail to the Actisense support team.
5. If the support team has determined that the product requires
return, a returns number will be issued to help track the product
through the returns process.
No product should be returned to Actisense without prior contact and a returns
number being issued. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a delay
in processing the returned products, and a fee if the product is found to be not
faulty.
