Your use of the "Actisense Press Pack" (hereafter referred to as APP) is subject to the terms and conditions referenced below and all applicable laws (collectively, the "Terms").

By using the APP you agree to accept the Terms.

Terms and Conditions
The APP images supplied by Active Research Limited (hereafter referred to as ARL) are provided subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All content of the APP is copyright © 2011 ARL. All Rights Reserved.

ARL retains ownership, all right, title and interest in all documents, text and images, owned by ARL.

2. Trade customers, trade publication editors and news organizations (broadcast, electronic, or print) are permitted to use the contents of the APP for inclusion in product catalogs (both electronic and printed) and news coverage of ARL, provided that both the copyright notice and the permission notice appear thereon and provided that the materials are not modified.

Individuals are permitted to use the contents of the APP and to make print-outs thereof, solely for their personal use, provided that both the copyright notice and the permission notice appear thereon and provided that the materials are not modified.

Except as expressly provided herein, no license of any type under any patents, copyright, or trademarks owned or controlled by ARL and/or its suppliers is granted to the users of the APP.
 
3. The Actisense logo is a trademark owned by ARL, who grants no trademark license to the users of the APP (either express or implied).

4. Any use of APP images that ARL considers as misuse under this agreement, must be corrected to the full satisfaction of ARL by the user immediately apon noticification of the infringement by ARL.

ARL reserves the right of final adjudication on the use of any images in the APP.

5. The images are provided as is. All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. To the extent that the images include any trade name, trademark, service mark or likeness of or reference to an individual, the user is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licenses from that individual or third party.

7. British Law will govern this Agreement.

It constitutes the entire agreement between ARL and the user of the APP, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, and communications between them related to use of the APP. It may only be amended or otherwise modified in writing by an authorized ARL representative.
